HELPFUL ADVICE TO GE T YOU STARTED There was also a time when the thought of losing weight didn't even occur in our society, people ate what mom cooked for dinner and they went to work. The difference in that society and today's society is that work was not behind a computer screen, but on their feet in the fields or on a warehouse floor. People worked physically because that was the only way to work, in fact, that's why it was called work! It was often during this time that people could eat anything they wanted because they were burning much more calories than what they consumed. But, like all good things, that too has passed and the technology of today's world has left us in one condition – an overweight one. Our life styles have changed so drastically and our comforts have increased tenfold. As they say, every rose has its thorn and for our society our desire to have comfortable lives and to work less has begun to show around the waistline. The bad thing about all of...

All you need to know about the "ISO-100"

ISO100

«Iso-100» is one of the most important and best nutritional supplements that are recommended by many in the world of bodybuilding in order to give the body some of the vitamins it needs. It has many uses for the body with huge benefits.

ISO 100 is the best type of isolate and purified whey protein, as it contains the lowest level of fat and fewer calories, and is digested through enzymes that break it down into a form closer to the essential amino acids. This means that the body assimilates it more quickly than whey protein. Unrefined milk, so it is important to consume it after training.

information
Scooping out 120 calories, 25 grams of protein, 2 grams of carbohydrates (1 gram of sugar but no fiber), and 0.5 grams of fat. The result is that each gram of protein contains 4.8 calories. (The best score you can get is 4 calories per gram of protein, which is possible if the protein has zero carbs and no fat.)

It's also low in salinity, with 160 milligrams of sodium, or 7 percent of the RDA.

the ingredients
Whey protein isolate is the first ingredient, cocoa powder, salt, soy lecithin (for blending), natural and artificial flavors, potassium chloride, and an artificial sweetener called sucralose, also known as Splenda®.

Here's a simple list of ingredients with no real surprises - and let it be known that every protein powder on the market contains soy lecithin and sucralose, although most contain another artificial sweetener called acesulfame potassium.
Many people consider ISO 100 to be pre-digested, which is why it is easier for some people with digestive issues to process and digest easily, and most importantly, it breaks down very quickly.

Other than that, it's worth noting that Iso 100 contains less than half a gram of lactose per scoop so this will likely not cause problems for most people who are lactose intolerant. It also contains soybeans and artificial sweetener sucralose, which some people might find difficult although we have to stress that soy lecithin definitely will not negatively affect your testosterone levels.

Unlike a lot of protein, Iso 100 does not have any additional digestive enzymes like Aminogen or papain, which may help relieve indigestion among some consumers. There is so little lactose in this it is unlikely to cause digestive upset among many people.
Blending
It blends very well. It dissolves incredibly quickly and easily, possibly due to soy lichen.
The flavor
Chocolate flavor, it is very gentle and very moderate, so it with milk forms a wonderful taste, and to be fair, most of the proteins the flavor of chocolate with milk gives great taste, but I was surprised when I discovered that the taste of ISO 100 is great with water. This is an extremely rare job.

Positives
Dymatize Iso 100 Pros
Delicious (if sweet) with water
It may help you recover more quickly
Plenty of protein per calorie
Low in cholesterol
Practically lactose-free

Negatives
Contains soy
Contains artificial sweeteners
Expensive
